I love helping other people develop skills, build understanding and gain new knowledge. I’m not a lecturer. Instead, I adopt a facilitative approach to enable people to learn from me and each other through a process of activities and interaction. I’ve designed hundreds of workshops and training programmes, building on the full range of experiences and skills that I bring to my work.

Here are some of the ways that I am currently working with people as a coach, trainer and educator:

I coach change makers and future-thinkers who want to raise their profile and amplify their messages at my consultancy, Whitby’s

I run knowledge building workshops about climate change and climate solutions, the circular economy and a variety of sustainability themes

I run workshops and short training sessions for a variety of membership organisations, mostly focusing on personal branding, communication and marketing.

I run storytelling workshops.

I run a variety of other education-focused events, from Values 101, to website design, when time allows.
